This is an in-office position, all applicants must physically live in Ontario, Canada, with legal status to work in Canada.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities that support Arcadian Projects and its affiliated businesses, including DER (Distributed Energy Resources). This role requires a hands-on, well-rounded generalist with strong digital, creative, and organizational skills who can independently manage day-to-day marketing tasks.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will develop and deliver content, coordinate campaigns, manage events, and optimize digital channels to strengthen brand presence and support business growth.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media channels (including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) while ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and engagement.
- Create, update, and manage PowerPoint decks used as project portfolios, client presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update website content, applying SEO best practices to improve visibility, engagement, and search rankings.
- Write, edit, and design marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, press releases, and presentations.
- Support digital advertising campaigns, including paid search and sponsored content, tracking performance and ROI.
Campaign & Event Support
- Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
- Support with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing and client communications, to promote services and solutions across industries.
- Track and analyze campaign results, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams to collect project updates, success stories, and technical insights for marketing use.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Marketing, contributing ideas and helping streamline processes.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and asset libraries to support organized and efficient workflows.
- Liaise with external vendors (designers, printers, web developers, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website analytics, social media insights, and SEO performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations.
- Research market/industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategies and content.
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and client engagement.
