Combined Heat and Power Project
Arcadian Projects Inc. integrated a new combined heat and power (CHP) system at the Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira. The Centre is home to two (2) NHL-size ice pads, two pools, a fitness centre, a walking track and a community centre.
A gas to wires solution, AP provided all trade services for this project, including:
• Millwright & Rigging
• Gas fitting and piping
• Electrical controls
• Electrical high voltage

Renovation
Arcadian Projects executed the renovations to the existing facility, including all new plumbing fixtures and HVAC to 11 living suites and the office administration area.
The project was under deadline to meet the Fedora Funding requirements, and we helped support Nith Valley Construction to ensure this project came in on schedule and within budget.

BOD Tank Upgrades
As GC, Arcadian was responsible to oversee the installation of a new underground BOD Tank. The project scope included installing and connecting all the associated pumps, piping, and supporting electrical work. The project was designed inhouse.

John Paul II Catholic Secondary
School
Project Description: Arcadian provided the labour, equipment procurement, and materials necessary for complete installation of a 600V power distribution system and 1.1 MW energy storage system at John Paul II School to support the school’s net-zero build. The electrical scope included the supply and installation of electrical wiring, conduits, and materials for 10 Tesla Powerpacks, two 550 kVA Tesla inverters, a 1.25 MVa transformer, multiple switchgear and metering cabinet and USP equipment. Arcadian also provided the civil work for concrete foundations for equipment including trenching, excavation, and backfill.
