Arcadian Projects Inc. and Boshart Electric Limited are excited to announce the merger of their business operations as of February 1, 2019. This merger is a part of Boshart Electrics overall strategy to better fulfill their customers expanded commercial and industrial service needs in the ever-changing competitive world of technology and energy solutions. The synergies from the two groups will provide ongoing support for existing Boshart customers while adding trade depth to Arcadian’s proven electrical, mechanical, HVAC and service group.

Boshart Electric Limited is an electrical services provider that was founded in the mid-1940s by Elroy Boshart, and in 1974 was purchased by Ken Boshart and Sam Roth and later changed hands in 2004 to Scott Pfaff.
