As the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, Arcadian Projects Inc. is taking precautions to protect both our employees and customers.
We are working with each of our customers’ safety precautions and protocols on top of our own and continue to implement extended protocols as we collaborate with others in the industry, sharing updates on government guidelines and mandates as they evolve.
As of Monday, March 16, 2020, ALL Arcadian employees completed a mandatory health survey to determine if they or others are currently at risk of COVID-19. Employees answering yes to any of the questions are to refrain from coming to work and requested to stay home and self monitor for 14days. All employees that can work from home are currently doing so. The Health survey is also completed by ANY visitor or delivery personnel that needs to come to our job sites or office.
We are encouraging employees to diligently follow the prevention guidelines from health authorities, and documentation has been provided to and acknowledged by all employees.
We are communicating regularly with our employees to ensure they have the necessary facts and tools to deal with this ongoing situation at the workplace, and in their personal lives.
